MATERNITY SHOOT

30 MINUTES – 1 HOUR

I offer both outdoor and studio maternity shoots.

Your maternity shoot is best done between 28 and 35 weeks.  I do my outdoor maternity shoots at various locations around Kloof and Hillcrest either early morning or late afternoon (if it is sunny).  If the weather is overcast the day of your shoot we can do the shoot later in the morning or earlier in the afternoon.  I will confirm with you the day before once I see what the weather report says.  Please keep the whole day open to allow for flexibility should we need to adjust the time of our shoot.

Please note I do not do beach shoots.

YOUR HUSBAND AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS ARE WELCOME TO BE PART OF THE SHOOT.

I have 12 maternity dresses that you are welcome to use for your shoot (at no extra cost).  If you take 10 photos, you may wear one of my dresses.  If you take 15 photos, you may wear 2 of my dresses.  If you take 20 photos, you may wear 3 of my dresses.  Please ask me for photos of these dresses.  If you would prefer to hire your maternity dress, please contact Belly and Button.  They are based in Durban North and you can find their contact details on Facebook or Google.

Your final images will be selected by me, edited and delivered to you via an online gallery where you can download your photos to your computer.  Please note if you do not have your own computer you will not be able to access your photos in high resolution for printing.  In this case I would recommend bringing your own USB for me to put the images on.

Please note I do not give raw or unedited images.

I do not offer a printing service.  I highly recommend Fotomax who are based in Durban.

If you would like extra photos you are welcome to order more at a cost of R50 per photo.

NEWBORN SHOOT

2-4 HOURS

My newborn shoots are done at my studio in Kloof, Forest Hills.

Unfortunately, I do not travel to do newborn shoots at peoples’ homes.  My newborn package includes photos with Mom, Dad, and siblings (preferably siblings must be over the age of 3).  If you would like to include siblings who are under the age of 3, please bear in mind we can try and include them in some photos, but if they are not keen to pose, we will have to move on to the next photo.  Toddlers have a mind of their own and we can’t force them to pose if they don’t want to. 

Each package consists of a few photos of baby in a prop, on the beanbag, with mom and dad, and a few detail/close-up shots of their eyelashes, lips, feet, etc.  All props, wraps, and outfits are supplied by me. If you want to bring any of your own props please let me know in advance so I can plan and prepare the set up.  If there is a particular photo you like on my Facebook page that you would like me to do for your shoot, please let me know and I will happily accommodate.  Please note I am not a lifestyle newborn photographer.  I will do my best to accommodate the photos you would like, but my style of newborn photography is what you see in my photos on my Facebook page.

ONE YEAR/SITTER MILESTONE STUDIO SHOOT

45 MINUTES

A One Year/Sitter Milestone Studio Shoot is an awesome way to document little one’s sitting-up milestone or their first birthday. The best time to do it is when little one is sitting up on his own without falling over (7-9 months).  PLEASE NOTE I WON’T DO A SITTER SHOOT UNLESS LITTLE ONE IS SITTING UP WITHOUT FALLING OVER.

This photo shoot is done at my studio in Forest Hills, Kloof.
It includes a few outfit changes (outfits supplied by me).

Your final images will be selected by me, edited, and delivered to you via an online gallery where you can download your photos to your computer.
